CONGRATULATIONS Dr. Matt Facarazzo and Paramedic Jeff Pyles !!!
Dr. Matt Facarazzo of Indian Rocks Beach Animal Hospital and Pinellas County Paramedic Jeff Pyles were recipients of the 2008 Humanitarian of the Year Award from the SPCA of Tampa Bay for their heroic efforts trying to save Honey, a labrador that was burned very badly in a car accident. Although Honey did not survive the ordeal, this experience has guided Dr. Matt's efforts toward creating a program providing local veterinarians and paramedics a network to help animals in need of emergency treatment.
